Return & Refund Policy
At WolfDTF, most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer’s order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for custom printed products once production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- DTF transfers
- UV DTF transfers
- Gang sheets
- Custom size prints
- Uploaded artwork orders
- Builder-created designs
- Wholesale rolls or custom printed sheets
Since each order is made based on the artwork, size, quantity, and specifications submitted by the customer, these products cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Review & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, sizing, layout, resolution, spelling, colors, and placement before submitting an order.
WolfDTF is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Low-resolution artwork
- Incorrect sizing
- Transparent background errors
- Artwork uploaded with unwanted backgrounds
- Misspellings or design mistakes
- Incorrect file dimensions
- Wrong product selection
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Application errors after delivery
- Heat press settings that do not follow our instructions
We print the files as submitted. Please make sure your artwork is print-ready before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, contact us at info@wolfdtf.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the received product
- Photos of the packaging, if damaged
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant application details, if the issue occurred during pressing
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
WolfDTF reserves the right to determine whether the issue was caused by production, shipping, customer artwork, or application error.
Replacements
If we confirm that your order was printed incorrectly, damaged before arrival, or affected by a production issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
In most cases, defective or incorrect custom items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request them for inspection.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s operation, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
WolfDTF is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch. However, we will always do our best to help resolve shipping-related issues.
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at info@wolfdtf.com so we can assist with the investigation.
Cancellations
Because our production process moves quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@wolfdtf.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and can only be approved if the order has not yet been processed or printed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom printed DTF transfers
- Custom printed UV DTF transfers
- Gang sheets
- Sample packs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used, pressed, applied, damaged, or altered products
- Orders with customer-submitted artwork errors
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when approved by WolfDTF after review.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
