Welcome to WolfDTF.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WolfDTF. WolfDTF operates this website and online store to provide custom DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, gang sheets, sample packs, wholesale print products, and related services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, using our online builder, or purchasing from WolfDTF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account Information

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment details, and any other information required to process your order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. WolfDTF is not responsible for unauthorized activity caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

Section 2 — Our Products and Custom Printing

WolfDTF sells custom-made printed products, including but not limited to:

  • DTF transfers
  • UV DTF transfers
  • Gang sheets
  • Custom-size prints
  • Uploaded artwork orders
  • Builder-created designs
  • Sample packs
  • Wholesale rolls and printed sheets

Most products sold by WolfDTF are made specifically for each customer based on the artwork, size, layout, product type, and specifications submitted at checkout.

Because these products are custom-made, they cannot be restocked or resold once produced.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, materials, and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, artwork file, color profile, fabric type, surface material, heat press settings, lighting, and application method.

WolfDTF does not guarantee that printed colors will exactly match what appears on your screen.

Section 3 — Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving their artwork before placing an order.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • Your artwork is print-ready
  • The size and layout are correct
  • The file resolution is suitable for printing
  • Any backgrounds, transparent areas, spelling, colors, and design details have been checked
  • You have the legal right to use the submitted artwork
  • The product selected matches your intended use

WolfDTF prints the files as submitted. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Wrong dimensions
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Unwanted backgrounds
  • Misspellings or design errors
  • Incorrect color expectations
  • Files uploaded at the wrong scale
  • Customer layout mistakes
  • Wrong product selection
  • Application or heat press errors

If we detect a major file issue before production, we may contact you, but we are not obligated to review, proof, correct, resize, edit, or approve customer-submitted artwork before printing.

Section 4 — Intellectual Property and Customer Artwork

By uploading artwork to WolfDTF, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce it.

You agree not to upload or order products containing artwork that violates copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any applicable law.

WolfDTF is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of customer-submitted artwork.

You agree to indemnify and hold WolfDTF harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from artwork you submit, including copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes.

WolfDTF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may contain illegal, infringing, offensive, harmful, or prohibited content.

Section 5 — Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from WolfDTF.

WolfDTF reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and the order has been processed.

We may contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided at checkout if we need additional information regarding your order.

Because our production process may begin quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Section 6 — Cancellations and Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have entered production.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been submitted.

WolfDTF is not responsible for customer mistakes discovered after production has started or after an order has shipped.

Section 7 — Pricing, Promotions, and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed, excluding any later changes, expired promotions, or future discounts.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout. We are not obligated to apply discounts retroactively after an order has been placed.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

Production times and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

WolfDTF is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume
  • Carrier disruptions
  • International transit delays
  • Events outside our control

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is controlled by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and checking the delivery location. WolfDTF may assist with the investigation, but we are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or misdelivered packages after carrier delivery confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. WolfDTF is not responsible for delays, returns, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Section 9 — Customs, Duties, and Import Processing

For international shipments, customs clearance times may vary.

WolfDTF is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, import restrictions, or government processing times.

Depending on the destination country and shipping method, duties, taxes, or import fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our shipping policy.

Customers are responsible for complying with all local import laws and regulations applicable to their order.

Section 10 — Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because most WolfDTF products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made items unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by a WolfDTF production error, damage before delivery, or an incorrect item sent by us.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy if there is an issue.

Section 11 — Application and Product Use

Customers are responsible for following the correct application instructions for each product type.

WolfDTF is not responsible for damage, peeling, cracking, lifting, failed adhesion, garment damage, surface damage, or poor results caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press temperature
  • Wrong pressure
  • Incorrect pressing time
  • Peeling too early or too late
  • Using an iron instead of a proper heat press
  • Applying to unsuitable fabric or surfaces
  • Washing too soon
  • Improper washing or drying
  • Incorrect UV DTF application
  • Surface contamination, dust, oil, or moisture
  • Customer handling errors

Application instructions may vary by product. Customers should review the instructions before applying any transfer.

Section 12 — Product Results and Limitations

WolfDTF aims to provide high-quality transfers, but results may vary depending on artwork quality, fabric type, material, surface texture, color, washing method, application method, and equipment used.

We do not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every fabric, garment, surface, or business use case.

Customers are encouraged to test products before large-scale production or resale.

Section 13 — Third-Party Tools and Services

Our website may include third-party tools, apps, payment processors, review platforms, upload tools, design builders, shipping services, analytics tools, or other integrations.

These tools are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

WolfDTF is not responsible for interruptions, errors, data loss, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services.

Section 14 — Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

WolfDTF is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices, or services of third-party websites.

Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Section 15 — Relationship with Shopify

WolfDTF is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.

All purchases made through this website are transactions between the customer and WolfDTF. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by WolfDTF, order fulfillment, product quality, shipping, refunds, replacements, or customer service related to WolfDTF orders.

Section 16 — Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by WolfDTF, Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers necessary to operate our store and fulfill orders.

WolfDTF may remove or refuse to display content that we consider unlawful, misleading, offensive, abusive, or inappropriate.

Occasionally, information on our website may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other details.

WolfDTF reserves the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

WolfDTF’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Section 22 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WolfDTF, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law
  • Your misuse of the website
  • Your submitted artwork
  • Your violation of intellectual property rights
  • Your resale or use of products purchased from WolfDTF
