How to prepare files for DTF transfers

  • File formats

    • Vector files: AI, PDF or EPS. We prefer vector when you have it.
    • Raster: PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background.

  • Size and resolution

    • Keep raster files at 300 DPI.
    • Gang sheets in the builder are 22.3 inches wide. UV DTF sheets are 22 inches wide.

  • Background

    • Save PNG files with transparency on, so empty areas stay empty.
