Professional Heat Transfer Instructions for Perfect Results
📋 STEP 1 - QUICK START GUIDE
After your heat press gets warmed up to the desired temperature, we're going to want to follow these instructions!

Pre press your garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

Position your transfer to the desired location on your garment (Full color image should be visible and facing up)

Press using 1st timer seconds Important

Hot peel - remove film immediately while warm

Place a cover sheet on top of applied artwork and press again for 10 seconds

Temperature, Time & Pressure
Each and every heat press is different so it's important that you test the temperature, time and pressure to find which settings work best for your equipment!
⚡ GENERAL APPLICATIONS SETTINGS:
- Temp: 290-320°F
- Time: 8-15 seconds
- Pressure: Medium (35-45 PSI / 3-4 bar)
- Peel: Hot peel - remove film immediately while warm

No strict MOQ. Order a single sheet, a custom gang sheet, or full rolls—scale as you need.
Typical production is 1–3 business days. Same-day or next-day rush is available on eligible orders placed before 2 PM.
Prefer vector (AI, PDF, EPS). High-res PNG (300 DPI, transparent background) is also accepted.
Our DTF prints are tested to last at least 50 washes without fading, cracking, or peeling when properly applied and washed inside out in cold water. Many customers report even longer durability depending on fabric and washing conditions.
Every Wolf DTF order goes through strict quality checks. If you receive a defective or incorrect print, contact us with clear photos. We’ll review and replace it as quickly as possible. We don’t offer refunds for user-submitted artwork errors or incorrect sizing, so please double-check your files before uploading.
Turn garments inside out before washing, use cold water, and choose a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. When cared for properly, Wolf DTF prints stay vibrant for 50+ washes without cracking or peeling.
